To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unused

  • in their original condition

  • returned with original packaging (where applicable)

We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non‑Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following items are final sale:

  • custom or personalized jewelry

  • any item clearly marked as non‑returnable on its product page

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
