What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, dents, or bending
Natural wearing down of prongs, which may loosen over time with regular use
Discoloration or fading of precious metals due to water, sweat, or chemicals
Lost or loosened stones due to accidental damage or misuse unrelated to craftsmanship
